Kane Environmental has been providing high quality Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) for over 24 years in the Puget Sound region, as well as Alaska, Hawaii, California, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Texas, and Puerto Rico. 

The purpose of a Phase I ESA is to identify recognized environmental conditions (RECs). Kane Environmental follows the most current American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) Standard: E1527-21, “Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process.”
