The purpose of a Phase I ESA is to identify recognized environmental conditions (RECs). Kane Environmental follows the most current American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) Standard: E1527-21, “Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process.”
